Mark continued his beautiful trim work in the living room. I just love the charm it added to the large windows in front and the fire place.

The red carpet pictured above also covered the stairs down into the basement. We had the floors replaced with luxury vinyl. BEST decision ever! It holds up to kids…enough said. I also placed tiles on the stairs risers. It was a $50 project well worth it.
